Returns & Refunds Policy

Each ArtLudi LudiBoard is an artist-designed piece made and finished individually. Many pieces are one-of-one, limited, or custom-made. Because of the nature of the work, please review all product images, descriptions and details carefully before placing your order.

Ready-Made LudiBoards

All sales of ready-made LudiBoards are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and any visible damage so the issue can be reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement where possible, or a refund.

Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Custom & Commissioned LudiBoards

Custom and commissioned LudiBoards are created specifically for the customer and are therefore final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any requested design details before final production. Minor variations in colour, placement, finish or appearance are part of the artist-made nature of the work and are not considered defects.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was shipped incorrectly or an eligible issue occurred due to an error on our part.

ArtLudi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier claim where applicable.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed, shipped, or entered production in the case of custom work.
