Welcome to ArtLudi. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the ArtLudi website and to purchases made through our online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Artwork

ArtLudi creates artist-designed LudiBoards and related artwork and products. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to represent each item as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because LudiBoards are individually created and finished, minor variations in colour, placement, texture, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the artist-made nature of the work and are not considered defects.

Many LudiBoards are one-of-one or available in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

ArtLudi reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment issues, or circumstances that make fulfillment reasonably impossible.

If ArtLudi cancels a paid order, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

ArtLudi currently offers standard online shipping within Canada and the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the options available at checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates only. ArtLudi is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

For destinations outside Canada and the United States, please contact ArtLudi before ordering to inquire about availability and obtain a custom shipping quote.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders, including orders shipped to the United States, may be subject to customs procedures, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any such charges imposed by the destination country or carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact ArtLudi within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging.

Please retain all original packaging while the issue or carrier claim is being reviewed.

Lost or damaged shipments will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and any applicable carrier procedures.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases are subject to the ArtLudi Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Please review that policy before placing an order.

Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom LudiBoards are created according to details agreed upon between ArtLudi and the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing requested design details and approvals during the commission process.

Once production of a custom or commissioned piece has begun, the order is considered final and cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

Completion dates provided for custom work are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Customer-Supplied Content

When providing photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other material for a custom project, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use that material for the requested project.

ArtLudi reserves the right to decline custom requests at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original ArtLudi designs, photographs, graphics, branding, website content, and other original creative material displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.

Purchasing a LudiBoard or other ArtLudi product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

ArtLudi artwork and website content may not be reproduced, copied, manufactured, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party names, characters, trademarks, imagery, or other intellectual property referenced in individual artworks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Unless expressly stated, ArtLudi products are not represented as officially licensed, sponsored, or endorsed merchandise.

Website Use

You may use the ArtLudi website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, engage in fraudulent transactions, or reproduce website content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArtLudi will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, shipping delays, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
